Words to explain my visual expressions

Look closely at each painting and you will see pentimento, or earlier marks, forms and images that I altered or painted over. Instead of masking these, I left them show as I added layers of paint and new forms. Doing so gives each piece a visual history and a glimpse into my creative heart and mind. [...]
